One thing thriving agents had in common
Discover the one key factor that all successful agents have in common.
Why are some agents thriving while others are considering exiting the business?
We followed a group of agents and closely tracked those who were doing well versus those who were not.
These agents were all at one point to 20% of their market, but some excelled during this time while others are now seeking new jobs.
We found that there was really only one main factor and one secondary factor that made the difference.
The main factor was external accountability. Every agent who outperformed their peers had some form of coach, mentor, mastermind, or group program.
This isn’t unusual, by the way. Studies on weight loss have shown that you are significantly more likely to lose weight if you have accountability and support versus doing it on your own.
The secondary factor was that they aligned their business practices with their specific agent archetype. You can read more about that in this article. For reference, here are the different archetypes:
The Social Butterfly
The Lead Master
The Influencer
The Brander
The Nerdy Agent
The Visionary
The key was that these agents weren’t doing things they couldn’t stand to do to get business. For example, if you're a Social Butterfly, you might prefer social media and networking, whereas The Lead Master might prefer internet leads and cold calling.
They focused on activities that energized them and ultimately got them results.
